Non-Resizable Items

Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; some silver rings; or rings with alternative metals such as tungsten and cobalt cannot be resized, so please make sure to order the correct ring size at time of purchase. For assistance determining the proper ring size, please contact customer service or Request My Ring Sizer. Rings purchased from international customers (excluding Canada) cannot be resized. 

All jewelry comes with complimentary engraving. We can even engrave symbols such as hearts and infinity signs. Due to the nature of eternity bands, they cannot be engraved. Depending on your ring size, we can engrave up to 12 characters including spacing. Contact customer service at 1-888-9RITANI or chat now if you would like your jewelry to be engraved. Only engagement ring settings and wedding bands in gold or platinum that are engraved can be returned. All other engraved items are final sale.

We are confident that we have the best diamond prices online. Contact customer service at 1-888-9RITANI or email Care@ritani.com now with your diamond quality and price specifications and we will locate a matching diamond. If you see an online competitor’s diamond priced for less, we will attempt to find a similar diamond at a lower price.

Please note: Due to the high volume of custom requests our lead time is 3 - 6 weeks. We will try to accommodate as many requests as we can in a timely manner. 

There is a $150.00 non-refundable fee we charge for custom renderings. If you choose to move forward with your ring - this $150.00 will be credited toward your purchase. 

Next Steps: One of our gemologists will reach out to you to review your request and ask for any other information if needed. Once you finalize your request they will send you a link for payment.

In our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way, we offer a hassle free 30-day return policy. If you feel unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order to us within 30 days of the delivery date.

To Return a Purchase:

To make a return, simply contact our Customer Service team, who will provide you with a prepaid and fully insured FedEx 2-day shipping return label and return authorization number via email. 

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to receive your return label. Once your returned item is shipped, it should arrive at our facility within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and credited back to your original payment method, unless noted otherwise.

Your return must be dropped off at a FedEx location. Please do not leave your package unattended in a FedEx drop box. Once your returned item is shipped, it should arrive at our facility within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

All refunds will be processed within two weeks and credited back to your original payment method, unless noted otherwise. If you paid via bank wire, you will receive a refund via mail in the form of a company issued check. Any shipping fees incurred at the time of checkout will not be refunded.

International orders are not subject to our free return policy. Customers returning from outside of the US will be responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping fees are subject to change based on individual countries. Additionally, shipping fees incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded. 

Please note: Returns must be received at our facility by the 30th day of their return period and no later. Any item received after the 30-day return window will be shipped back to the customer with no refund issued. Returns are limited to two returns per customer/household per year.

When returning a loose diamond or certified diamond jewelry, such as a complete engagement ring, Design Your Own Earrings or Design Your Own Pendants, it is imparitive to include the original diamond grading certificate in your package. If the original certificate is not included in your package, a $200 fee for diamond recertification will be deducted from your refund.

Custom eternity rings and jewelry, excluding engagement rings and wedding bands, cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are final sale.

At Ritani, we frequently offer promotions and discounts. Price adjustments on purchases can only be made within 14 days of delivery. We cannot honor any new promotions or discounts after this timeframe.

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact customer service. You can cancel or make a change to your order up until the order ships. If you are making a change to your order, your estimated delivery date will likely be extended so that we can modify your order.

International Orders & Shipping

We're ready to help you get the moment right no matter where you are in the world.

International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties. Read our international shipping FAQs here.

Shipping Policy

We've made shipping a breeze with fast, free shipping and discreet packaging.

Enjoy fully insured, fast shipping once your product has been handcrafted. For U.S. orders below $500, Ritani offers free USPS Priority Shipping or $24.95 for FedEx Overnight Priority. For U.S. orders greater than or equal to $500, Ritani offers complimentary FedEx overnight priority. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation along with information on how to track your order. Once shipped, your order is expected to be delivered to you by 12pm EST the following business day pending no courier delays. A signature will be required at delivery. Your order will be completely insured from our door to yours.

Orders to Canada are shipped via Fedex International Priority; cost varies by location. Customers will be charged any applicable duties and taxes along with shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout once the shipping address has been entered.

Need to ship your order to an alternate destination? No problem. For security purposes, the shipping address for orders valued over $1000 must be on file with your credit card. Simply call the issuing bank for your credit card and provide them with your alternate shipping address.


We ship for free to our military members to any APO, FPO, or DPO address. Simply list your city as APO, FPO, or DPO and your state as AA, AE, or AP, along with your 5-digit zip/postal code for free delivery via USPS.

Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Sites due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are subject to change without notice. Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

At Ritani, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. We spend hours, sometimes even days crafting our pieces. We offer a free lifetime manufacturing warranty on all Ritani engagement rings and wedding bands in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect. You will be able to ship to us to have the following services by purchasing and insured 2 Day shipping label from Ritani. You have 45 days from the time of purchase to activate your warranty. You can activate your warranty by creating an account. Under your account you will see warranty and in that section you can activate your warranty. Our manufacturing warranty includes the following services:

In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you are in need of other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewelry can be mailed back to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.

To send us your ring, U.S. customers may purchase a fully insured 2-Day shipping label for $30 through Ritani to be shipped to us and then purchase a label to be shipped back to you. 

  • Ritani determines that the product has been worked on or repaired by any party other than Ritani, or if the product forwarded to Ritani is not manufactured by Ritani
  • You have not registered your warranty on Ritani.com
  • You are missing proof and date of purchase
  • You are missing a valid warranty return authorization number

Diamond Upgrade Program

Want to upgrade to a new diamond? We're here to help!

Our diamond upgrade program allows you to update to a Ritani diamond that is at least 2.5x greater in value than your original diamond. You’ll receive a 100% credit on your trade-in. This credit will go towards a new Ritani diamond. You are eligible to receive a 100% credit on your diamond trade-in if:

  • You purchased your diamond from Ritani after October 11, 2012

  • Your diamond is in its original condition according to its grading report. Damage to the diamond may disqualify it from our upgrade program.

  • Your original diamond grading report can be returned to Ritani and is in reusable condition. Fees may apply for any damaged or missing reports.

You can reuse your original setting for your new diamond if it was purchased from Ritani and is in reusable condition. If the new diamond does not fit in your setting, we will return it to you or modify it if possible for an additional cost.

If Ritani did not originally set your diamond, you’ll have to exchange your diamond without the setting.

If you wish to trade in your Ritani setting, any possible credit exchange will be determined on a case by case basis.

The diamond upgrade program is only available for purchases shipped within the US. At this time, diamond upgrades are only available for earth grown natural diamonds. Lab diamonds are not eligible for diamond upgrade services. Diamond upgrades are not eligible for promotions.

Please note our diamond upgrade changed from 1.5x to 2.5x the original diamond price on April 2nd, 2021. 

Diamond Buyback

Sell us your diamond, whether you got it from Ritani or somewhere else.

We’ve started this diamond buyback program for customers that no longer want or need their diamonds. Start by filling out a simple form with the details of your diamond and we’ll give you an estimate. A Ritani gemologist will reach out to you within 48 hours with the next steps. We offer immediate cash back for your used diamond or a Ritani Credit Value to use on our site at your own discretion or towards another diamond purchase. At this time, we only accept diamonds that are at least 1 carat. Diamonds must be GIA or AGSL certified to qualify for Ritani Reclaim. Lab-grown diamonds are not applicable to this program. We reserve the right to decline any diamond submission request.
