The crooner made his exciting announcement on Instagram, posting a heartwarming carousel of images of the duo celebrating with pizza and glasses of white wine, with Sansone’s pear-shaped engagement ring in full view on her left hand. In his Instagram post, Puth shared a close-up view of the pear-shaped diamond ring, capturing Sansone's hand as she reached for a slice of pepperoni pizza. In the final snapshot, the couple shared an endearing Lady and the Tramp-style moment, both taking a bite from the same slice of pizza with beaming smiles.

Puth and Sansone, who share their small-town New Jersey roots, became 'Instagram official' in December 2022. The pair stepped onto the red carpet together for the first time as a couple in February at Clive Davis' Pre-Grammy Gala in Los Angeles. They subsequently made other public appearances, including being spotted alongside Puth's family at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City in September 2022.
