After over a year of dating, social media personality, actor, and WWE wrestler Logan Paul has proposed to his Danish model girlfriend, Nina Agdal. The pair, who made their relationship Instagram official in December, were on vacation in Lake Como, Italy when Paul popped the question to Agdal with a showstopper of an engagement ring. In celebration of their first anniversary in May, Paul shared a sentimental tribute to Agdal on Instagram with photos commemorating their first year as a couple.
Two months following their first-anniversary celebration, the WWE star and model announced their engagement via a joint Instagram post in early July, sharing numerous photos from the Lake Como proposal.
Logan Paul, who has over 23 million subscribers to his YouTube channel, created a 17-minute-long video documenting his heartfelt proposal for all his fans to watch.
The duo met at an event in New York City. The former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model, who dated Leonardo DiCaprio and Jack Brinkley-Cook (son of Christie Brinkley) in the past, invited Paul to have drinks with her and her friends upon finding out that he was also at the event. Agdal explained that they had an instant connection, and she felt like she had known him for years. Paul and Agdal’s relationship began 14 months ago, but Paul said his realization that she was the one came swiftly—just 12 hours after their first date.
Agdal’s sizable engagement ring features three stones. The ring’s center stone, an emerald-cut diamond, is six carats in weight with VVS1 clarity and is flanked by bullet-cut side stones in a shared prong platinum setting. Her engagement ring is estimated to be worth about $1.9 million or possibly more, if the ring was custom designed.
