Actress Hayley Atwell Reveals Her Gorgeous Engagement Ring at the Mission Impossible 7 Premiere Party

Wearing an elegant black gown with chandelier-style diamond earrings, actress Hayley Atwell revealed her glamorous engagement ring at the recent Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning, Part One movie premiere party. Atwell recently opened up about the endearingly informal proposal from her fiancé, songwriter, and music producer, Ned Wolfgang Kelly. The Captain America actress and the music producer got engaged in April 2023 while on vacation in Venice, Italy, Atwell’s favorite destination. Best known for playing the role of Agent Peggy Carter in numerous Marvel films, Atwell explained that her fiancé was in the kitchen of the AirBnB that they rented during their getaway, wearing just his underwear with an accordion playing outside their window when he popped the question. Though the accordion player was unanticipated, the timing of this charming moment seemed perfect to her. Since Venice is her most cherished place, the location made it feel ideal, and she explained that she would not have wanted it any other way.

Although the couple has never disclosed how they met, their connection is presumed to date back to July 2022. During Lady Gaga's The Chromatica Ball afterparty in London, the pair were seen posing for photos together, linking them romantically. While both tend to maintain a low public profile, Atwell and Kelly made a joint appearance at the afterparty for Atwell's recent project, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, in London. Subsequently, Kelly took to Instagram the following month to support his fiancée, expressing his admiration for her work and promoting her film.
